This article includes a survey on some political changes in 2005 that narrow the freedom of press in urban areas. It shows that the repression the state uses doesn’t work effectively on all counts and there are unwilling effects as well. The way the state uses repression will also sharpen the relationship with the opposition who will find ways to counteract the ruling government.
